General equipment expectations
- Equipment should be reviewed at pickup or delivery for visible freight or handling damage.
- Large equipment should be assembled according to included instructions and used only for its intended training purpose.
- Normal wear from training, cosmetic scuffs, flooring contact, and misuse are not typically treated the same as manufacturing defects.
Returns and exchanges
Because racks, machines, plates, dumbbells, and flooring are heavy goods, returns may depend on product condition, packaging, timing, and whether the item has been assembled or used. Any return or exchange should be discussed before purchase and confirmed in writing for the specific order.
Replacement parts
For eligible issues, photos, order details, product name, and a clear description of the problem may be requested before replacement parts or next steps can be confirmed.
