A professional gym setup usually starts with the main strength platform, then expands into free weights, conditioning, storage, flooring, and accessories.

Phase 1: Foundation

  • Rack or squat stand
  • Flat or adjustable bench
  • 20KG or 15KG barbell
  • Starter plate set

Phase 2: Free weights

  • Rubber hex dumbbells or adjustable dumbbells
  • Kettlebells
  • Storage racks

Phase 3: Machines and cable training
